Erik Stenberg

Erik Stenberg is an experienced specialist for liability, insurance and reinsurance law. He has dealt with liability and coverage issues in all lines of insurance for over 35 years. He is particularly experienced in the area of commercial insurance with a special focus on the commercial, finance and banking sectors (Financial and Specialty Lines). Erik mainly deals with complex cases in the field of directors' and officers' liability (D&O), professional liability, and fidelity insurance, as well as specialty lines such as cyber, event cancellation and W&I insurance. Erik also advises domestic and foreign clients on matters of reinsurance law and is regularly involved in international arbitrations.
